As the Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for planning and executing all sales activities within assigned accounts and regions. The role includes opening markets, signing new accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Business Development- Participate in approximately nine trade shows per year, managing scheduling, responsibilities, material transport, setup, networking, vendor updates, meeting scheduling, and post-show returns.
- Attend networking events, monitor calendars, register, establish contacts, and update information with follow‑ups.
- Conduct Lunch & Learn sessions and PCP presentations, schedule and coordinate with customers, review presentations, arrange lunch orders, and ensure sign‑in completion.
- Organize company outings by confirming details, coordinating vendors, distributing fliers, confirming attendance, and following up.
- Maintain vendor relationships, discuss sponsor ships, update contacts, and follow up regularly.
- Submit weekly expense reports, save receipts, fill out reports, obtain approvals, and scan to Accounting.
- Hold daily prospect meetings to discuss services, update contacts, and enter visit notes into Dash.
- Follow up on leads and visits by reviewing notes and sending follow‑up emails.
- Secure preferred client agreements through discussions and follow‑ups.
- Upsell active jobs via customer follow‑ups and communication with production for inspections.
- Update sales and business development reports, maintain logs, KPI reports, and sales visit reports.
- Focus on customer retention by scheduling and attending one‑on‑one lunches or after‑work get‑togethers, prioritizing past clients, and sending personalized invitations.
- Handle account and job updates, add new accounts to Dash, enter notes, update active jobs, communicate with production during jobs, close pending jobs, and handle emergency calls.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Physical DemandsRegularly required to talk and hear, stand, walk, use hands, lift objects up to 50 lbs, and reach with arms. Must be able to perform essential functions.
Position Type and Hours of WorkFull‑time position. Employees may be required to work extended periods and be flexible with hours, including weekends.
RequiredEducation and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Contacts in the vertical and ability to open the market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Experience in the restoration industry or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; able to relate to others.
- Ability to multitask and work independently or with a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Work under time constraints to meet goals.
- Valid Florida driver’s license.
