We are seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Hair Restoration Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will guide prospective patients through their hair restoration journey, from their initial inquiry to booking their procedure. You will connect with leads by phone, video consultation, and in person, providing education, answering questions, and helping patients make informed decisions about their treatment options.
As a key member of our patient experience team, you will play an essential role in helping individuals restore their confidence while contributing to the continued growth and success of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities Patient Consultations- Conduct consultations with prospective patients via phone, video call, and in person.
- Educate patients on hair restoration procedures, treatment options, expected outcomes, and pricing.
- Build rapport and trust with prospective patients by understanding their goals and concerns.
- Recommend personalized treatment solutions and guide patients through the decision-making process.
- Manage incoming leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the patient journey.
- Follow up with prospective patients to answer questions, address concerns, and encourage treatment conversion.
- Schedule consultations and procedures while ensuring a seamless patient experience.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to support patient onboarding and treatment preparation.
- Meet or exceed monthly consultation, booking, and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records and notes within the system.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support throughout every stage of the patient journey.
- Foster long‑term relationships through professionalism, empathy, and consistent communication.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience required; experience in medical, cosmetic, aesthetics, or healthcare sales is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management is a plus.
- Passion for helping patients improve their confidence and quality of life.
