Job Summary

The Sales Associate will play a vital role in driving client acquisition and revenue growth. This position supports the Director of Business Development in identifying leads, nurturing relationships, preparing proposals, and executing sales strategies that align with 2R Creative’s mission and goals. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting brands with creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in researching, identifying, and qualifying potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through tools and outreach initiatives.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.
  • Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure client needs are accurately translated into project deliverables.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as needed to represent 2R Creative.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-4 years of experience in events, sales, marketing, or client services—preferably in a creative, media, or event industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Passion for creativity, innovation, and storytelling.
