Role Description
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship‑building.
  • Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess needs and present HVAC solutions.
  • Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, property managers, and commercial clients.
  • Track sales performance and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with operations, service, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for maintenance agreements, system replacements, and new construction projects.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in identifying opportunities, closing deals, and fostering long‑term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, services, and industry trends, preferably with prior experience in the HVAC or related sectors.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, sales analytics tools, and MS Office applications.
  • Detail‑oriented with solid organizational and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
