Role Description- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship‑building.
- Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess needs and present HVAC solutions.
- Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and service agreements.
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, property managers, and commercial clients.
- Track sales performance and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with operations, service, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for maintenance agreements, system replacements, and new construction projects.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in identifying opportunities, closing deals, and fostering long‑term client relationships.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, services, and industry trends, preferably with prior experience in the HVAC or related sectors.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, sales analytics tools, and MS Office applications.
- Detail‑oriented with solid organizational and strategic planning capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
