Job Overview
Senior Territory Manager – Neurovascular (Field based). Must reside in Miami, FL and hold a valid driver’s license. Requires travel within and outside the territory. The role involves selling and supporting Medtronic’s neurovascular products to physicians and health systems across the region.
Responsibilities- Promote and sell Medtronic’s Neurovascular products and services within the assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Achieve all territory sales objectives annually in alignment with the business strategy and the annual compensation plan.
- Develop, build, and strengthen long‑term relationships with stakeholders, including key opinion leaders, medical associations, and academic centers.
- Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits from Medtronic’s Neurovascular products and services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, sales operations, marketing, OEM, etc.) and peers to identify trends and support business goals.
- Conduct and evaluate market research on customers and competitors’ activities.
- Develop and/or implement market development plans and strategies, adjusting as needed.
- Assess customer needs and feedback about new or modified products and communicate findings to R&D, Operations, and Marketing.
- Complete business analytics and regional reporting assignments accurately and on time; conduct quarterly business reviews to demonstrate goal achievement.
- Maintain awareness of competitive products and marketing practices, informing sales management.
- Participate fully in training on new products and procedures through in‑person and online programs; attend regional and national meetings as required.
- Address customer complaints in accordance with company policy and advise sales management of issues beyond the Territory Manager’s authority.
- Assist with sales training courses both in the field and in the corporate office.
- Understand and demonstrate High Performance Practices and Expectations in daily work activities.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years of relevant experience*
- Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years of relevant experience*
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years of relevant experience*
- Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance; driving record reviewed.
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Evidence of top sales achievement with multilevel account management experience
- Experience working in an office or hospital‑based operating room or cath lab setting
- Clinical experience in interventional suites, hospital environment, or emergency medical response
- Experience in medical device sales focused heavily on interventional stroke procedures
