Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to lead the growth of our CEDI (Continuous Electrode ionization) business throughout Latin America. This role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across key industrial and water treatment markets. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and commercial expertise in water treatment solutions, with specific experience in CEDI technology, experience with Reverse Osmosis (RO), and be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Sales Representative will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for CEDI solutions across Latin America.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, EPCs, OEMs, channel partners, and consulting engineers.
  • Develop territory growth strategies, maintain an active sales pipeline, and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with application engineering, product management, and customer support teams to provide customers with technically sound and commercially competitive solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, support contract discussions, and ensure smooth project handoff after award.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings throughout the region.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience in industrial water treatment, membrane systems, or related process technologies.
  • Direct experience selling CEDI technology.
  • Experience with Reverse Osmosis (RO) technology.
  • Experience selling into OEMs.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Ability to manage complex technical sales processes across multiple countries and customer types.
  • Strong understanding of water purification applications in industries such as power, pharmaceuticals, microelectronics, food and beverage, and general industrial markets.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, environmental science, business, or a related field.
  • Experience working in Latin American markets and understanding regional business practices, distribution models, and customer expectations.
  • Portuguese language skills are a plus.

  • Strong technical credibility combined with commercial instincts.
  • Highly self‑motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable traveling extensively across Latin America.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills, strategic thinking, negotiation ability, and cross‑cultural communication.
Travel Requirements

This role requires frequent travel throughout Latin America to meet with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
