Broekhof USA provides a broad range of retail flower products from the extensive Dutch Broekhof collection. From its Doral, Florida location we serve North American customers with sleeves, buckets, decoration picks, florist supplies and more. The company offers eco‑friendly packaging and custom designs through its Dutch design team.

Sales Support Employee – Responsible for achieving optimal results in turnover and profitability through proactive support to Office Account Managers and Account Managers. Reports to the General Manager, BKH USA. Since January 2017, Broekhof has been active in Miami, Florida.

• Relationship Management
  • Has contact with assigned clients to manage and develop new relationships.
  • In‑house sales responsibilities.
  • Follows up on sales initiatives and provides support to the office account manager.
  • Co‑responsible for achieving commercial objectives.
  • Keeps customers informed about deliveries, backorders, stocks, etc.
  • Monitors accounts and maintains relationships.
• Product Information
  • Provides correct product information based on customer inquiries.
  • Advises customers and offers alternatives where necessary.
• Processing Customer Orders
  • Registers and processes orders using predefined options.
  • Processes orders and prices in the system.
  • Enters and verifies sales orders.
  • Records price and condition agreements.
  • Sends confirmation to the customer upon acceptance of the quote.
• Handling Complaints
  • Addresses simple customer problems and complaints such as returns, price differences, and exchanges.
  • Records complaints.
  • Follow‑up and resolves simple complaints; escalates larger complaints to the office account manager.
• CRM Data Management
  • Enters relevant information into the CRM system after each customer contact.
  • Keeps the system up to date.
• Operational Compliance
  • Follows internal procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Creates and completes sales orders.
  • Updates customer portals and logistics portals.
  • Handles rush orders.
  • Send inventory overviews to the customer.
  • Requests internal samples.
  • Sends negotiated price agreements to the customer.
  • Reviews backorder lists and takes action where necessary.
• Inventory Monitoring
  • Monitors stock of customer‑specific items in our warehouse.
  • Procures timely inventory (with customer consent) to maintain required levels.

• Associate degree
• 1 to 3 years of commercial experience
• Proficient in English, spoken and written; proficiency in another language is a bonus
• Knowledge of operational processes
• Product knowledge is an advantage
