• Generate retail sales by leveraging cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service.
• Discover customer needs by building connections and asking thoughtful questions.
• Present product insights and solution recommendations for a complete, top‑down sales solution.
• Close sales with clear communication, ensuring customers receive simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously improve through ongoing training and skill‑up in merchandising, inventory, and related operational functions.
• Grow customer base via outbound calls and text outreach to existing Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at off‑site events to expand the loyal customer base.
• Address and resolve customer issues, providing the best OMNI experience.
• Use digital tools to simplify the customer experience and promote touch‑less and self‑service options.
• Coordinate and participate in sales promotions; identify process improvements in merchandising, inventory, and systems.
• Assist customers with high‑price items and coach fellow sales staff in product presentation.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience (work or military).
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a schedule set four weeks in advance.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income during peak periods such as summer, Thanksgiving‑to‑Christmas, and vacations.
• Preferred: experience in a commission‑based environment.
• Preferred: demonstrated sales experience communicating solutions to customers.
• Preferred: customer‑service experience.

• Base pay $16.00 – $21.00 per hour plus up to $18,000 annually in individual commissions.
• Additional $3,000 per year for bilingual speakers who pass a language assessment.
