Role:

The Sales Associate connects prospective clients with our advisory team, guiding families toward financial success. Warm leads are provided—no cold calling. Your focus will be on qualifying prospects, building rapport, and scheduling advisor appointments.

This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of sales or business development experience, excellent communication skills, and a desire to transition into a financial advisor role.

Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to prospective clients and schedule appointments for advisors
  • Understand client needs and qualify leads
  • Maintain consistent follow‑up and engagement
  • Track interactions and appointments in the CRM system
  • Represent Guerra professionally at events and workshops
  • Support team projects and administrative tasks as needed
  • Continue developing financial and sales expertise
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or closing role (appointment setting and/or phone sales preferred)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required (verbal and written)
  • Financial industry experience is a plus, not required
  • Relevant certifications/licenses (SIE, 2-15, 2-14) are a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and eager to grow professionally
  • Tech‑savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • Team‑player mindset with a professional, service‑focused attitude
What We Are Expecting:

Schedule:
  • Full‑time, role based in Miami, FL
  • Standard weekday hours with flexibility for prospect calls and advisor support
Compensation:

$60,000–$90,000+ Annually All‑in (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)
Competitive pay structure with uncapped earning potential based on performance and appointments scheduled.
