Sales Support Specialist

Position Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist in our Miami team. The role is fast‑paced, focusing on client communication via phone and email, and nurturing existing house accounts.

• Provide friendly customer service support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing client requests.
• Be the go‑to person for assigned house accounts, offering ongoing support, training opportunities, and brand updates.
• Share Thema’s inspiring brand story, product lines, and services with clients.
• Conduct regular, personalized follow‑ups to encourage inventory refreshes and provide helpful sales analysis.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and activities in the CRM system.

• 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural talent for building relationships.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with clients regularly.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and skilled at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient with email, phone etiquette, and basic CRM tools.
• Passion for fashion, eyewear, or luxury products is a plus.
