This isn't another Account Executive role.
We're looking for the person who will help build the revenue engine of Cycore.
As our Founding Enterprise Account Executive, you'll work directly with our Founder & CEO to define how we sell, how we build relationships, and how we scale a modern cybersecurity consulting firm. You'll help shape our sales playbook, influence our go-to-market strategy, and become one of the earliest leaders in a company with ambitious plans for growth.
We're not looking for someone who wants to inherit a territory.
We're looking for someone who wants to build one.
Cycore helps technology companies build trust through cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance. We partner with founders, CTOs, and executive teams to navigate frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, and AI governance. Our clients don't buy software—they buy trusted advisors.

This is a founding role. If you're successful, you'll help define what the future sales organization looks like and have the opportunity to grow into a sales leadership position as the company scales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, networking, and inbound opportunities.
- Lead discovery conversations with founders, CTOs, CISOs, and executive teams.
- Understand client business objectives and position Cycore's advisory and compliance services as strategic business solutions.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through signed agreement.
- Partner closely with the Founder & CEO on enterprise opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Help develop and refine our sales methodology, messaging, objection handling, and playbooks.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within our CRM.
- Represent Cycore at conferences, networking events, and industry functions.
- Deliver an exceptional buying experience that reflects the quality of our consulting practice.
- Help build the foundation for the future sales organization.
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Experience selling professional services, cybersecurity services, managed services, compliance consulting, or enterprise technology solutions.
- A proven ability to create opportunities—not simply manage inbound leads.
- Strong consultative selling skills with executive-level buyers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and operating in a fast-moving environment.
- Highly organized with excellent pipeline management and follow-through.
- Competitive, coachable, accountable, and driven by results.
- Excited to help build systems rather than inherit them.
- Experience selling SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, privacy, GRC, cybersecurity consulting, or managed security services.
- Experience at a founder-led startup or high-growth professional services firm.
- Existing relationships within the startup, SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or technology ecosystem.
- Experience working with partners such as Vanta, Drata, Thoropass, cloud providers, or technology consulting firms.
- Experience speaking at conferences, networking events, or industry communities.
Within your first year, you'll have:
- Become a trusted advisor to executive buyers.
- Consistently managed a healthy, predictable sales pipeline.
- Closed meaningful new business while maintaining Cycore's reputation for trusted advisory services.
- Helped establish the sales foundation that supports our next stage of growth.
