Commercial Operations Associate; Managing Partner’s Right Hand

Experience: 3–5 years in a professional sales role

I am a Managing Partner of Garrido USA (we sell and distribute packaging machinery). I am looking for my right-hand person. This is not a traditional assistant role, nor is it a rigid corporate desk job. It is a dynamic, fluid position designed for someone who wants to learn the ins and outs of our business from the ground up, directly from ownership.

The role will evolve based on your strengths and how the business grows. You might be helping with key accounts one day, handling operational fire drills the next, or traveling with me to close equipment deals. The ultimate goal is for you to transition into a major leadership or sales position within the company.

What you need to bring:

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience: You must have a background in professional, corporate, or B2B sales (please note: retail sales experience will not fit what we need).
• Education: A 4-year college degree is required.
• Proximity: You must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Miami facility. This role is 100% on-site.
• Willingness to travel: Up to 50% travel is required to attend trade shows, visit clients and partners.
• The right mindset: You need to be hungry to learn, adaptable, and patient. You won't learn our industry overnight, so you must be willing to put in the time to absorb how things work.
