Business Development, Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager
Working closely with the President – Passenger Charter, the Director, Private Jet Sales will play a key role in launching and growing the newly created Private Jet Brokerage Division in the U.S., as part of the UK parent company’s strategic expansion. This role is ideal for a high-performing charter sales professional who can generate revenue immediately, and is excited to grow into a broader leadership position as the division scales.
The Director, Private Jet Sales will balance hands‑on charter sales with the opportunity to help shape the future of the division. While leadership responsibilities will grow over time, the initial focus will be on building client relationships, closing business, and establishing the company as a trusted, high-end brokerage in the private charter aviation market.
- Drive revenue and establish the Private Jet Brokerage Division as a credible and profitable market entrant
- Leverage an existing book of business and industry relationships to generate immediate charter activity
- Grow into a leadership role, contributing to strategy, structure, and team development as the division expands
- Serve as a key liaison between the U.S. operation and the UK parent company, aligning with brand values and service standards
- Act as a hands‑on charter sales professional, managing high‑value client relationships from sourcing aircraft through contract negotiation and trip execution
- Build and grow a personal client portfolio while meeting or exceeding annual sales targets
- Support the development of go‑to‑market strategies that enhance brand visibility and market presence
- Ensure charter brokerage activities align with applicable aviation, regulatory, legal, and insurance requirements
- Contribute to hiring decisions and team structure as the division scales, with increasing leadership responsibility over time
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, market insights, and growth opportunities
- Foster strong internal collaboration to support cross‑selling and shared client opportunities
- 3‑5+ years of experience in private jet charter sales/brokerage
- Proven ability to generate revenue and manage a strong book of business
- Solid network in the U.S. private aviation sector (operators, brokers, UHNW clientele) and a comprehensive understanding of private jet brokerage operations, regulatory frameworks, and client management
- Strong potential and desire to grow into a leadership role is essential
- Deep knowledge of Part 135 operations
- Familiarity with aviation platforms such as Avinode, Flight Aware, or similar tools
- Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and client retention skills
- Self‑motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable operating in a hands‑on sales role
- Capable of evolving into a team leader as the business scales
