Overview

The Brand Partner Enablement Specialist serves as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on all things Material Bank. This role helps Brand Partner leaders and Brand Partner Reps maximize the value they derive from our platform, products, and services. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Account Management, strengthening relationships across our ecosystem through education, engagement, and strategic support.

As a client-facing member of the team, you will engage with Brands and Partners in-market or on-screen, helping stakeholders understand how to get the most out of the Material Bank platform, expand their networks, share data and insights to address business challenges, and stay connected to opportunities across our ecosystem.

This role suits someone who thrives in front of people, enjoys building relationships, and understands how the A&D community operates. The successful candidate has experience in industry-facing sales, marketing, or business development and is passionate about helping others succeed. To excel, you must be energized by educating and influencing others, possess strong storytelling skills, and serve as a visible advocate for Material Bank and the broader design community.

What

you’ll do
  • Lead Brand Partner and Brand Rep education and training on Toolsets spanning the Material Bank ecosystem, including platform features, account configurations, business intelligence, and insights.
  • Provide Brand Partners and Brand Reps with education and training on best practices to optimize ROI and strengthen designer and architect relationships.
  • Leverage Material Bank’s network to create meaningful connections and introductions between Brand Reps and Material Bank Members and Firm Leaders who would benefit from collaboration.
  • Maintain an in-field presence through office visits, industry conferences, and trade shows, including speaking or presenting when appropriate, to reinforce Material Bank’s value proposition and gratitude to Partners.
  • Host regular, action-oriented in-field meetups that celebrate and connect the community while promoting current initiatives across the Material Bank platform.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to seek opportunities to celebrate, promote, and reward Brand Reps for being a valuable part of our ecosystem.
What you’ll bring
  • Experience as a Brand Rep within the Architect & Design ecosystem, ideally with exposure to industry associations, rep organizations, or design-focused platforms.
  • A genuine passion for building relationships and creating meaningful connections across the A&D community.
  • High energy and stamina with enthusiasm for frequent travel, events, and in-person engagement.
  • Comfortable serving as a visible ambassador for Material Bank and confident operating in front of groups, whether presenting, training, facilitating discussions, or representing the company at industry events.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior leaders, communicate strategic value, and establish credibility with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills, both in person and virtually.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating independently across multiple priorities.
