Senior Client Associate
Miami, FL | $65k - $75k Base + Uncapped Commissions (OTE $100k - 200k)

Job Overview: The Senior Client Associate will play a crucial role in driving business development and expanding MOHR Talent's client base. This individual will work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales strategy, and relationship management, particularly within the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities with potential clients, focusing on staffing needs across various industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute business development strategies that align with MOHR Talent’s goals.
  • Qualify and identify client needs, creating customized staffing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction by maintaining consistent communication and service delivery.
  • Assist in negotiating and closing staffing contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Track and report on sales activities, client engagement, and business development metrics.
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends and staffing best practices to provide clients with the most effective staffing solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
