- Consistently drives group revenue by meeting or exceeding established sales goals and performance targets.
- Owns assigned market segments by prospecting, qualifying, and closing group business that aligns with the elevated E11EV
EN brand. - Manages sales activity within the established sales expense budget while maximizing overall revenue impact.
- Initiates, tracks, and follows up on all sales leads to ensure opportunities are converted into confirmed business.
- Maintains an active and strategic sales solicitation program that keeps E11EV
EN top of mind within the group marketplace. - Monitors production of top accounts, evaluates market trends, and adjusts sales strategies to maximize performance.
- Builds and sustains strong relationships with existing accounts through consistent contact based on the Account Coverage Program.
- Achieves or exceeds sales solicitation call goals as assigned by the Director of Sales.
- Creates memorable client experiences by hosting site inspections, property tours, entertainment, and client engagements that showcase the E11EV
EN lifestyle. - Delivers polished, engaging, and professional site inspections that highlight the hotel's unique features, energy, and group offerings.
- Supports the execution of special promotions, sales blitzes, and targeted initiatives designed to drive group demand.
- Prepares and submits all required sales reports accurately and within established timelines.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of Highgate sales policies, procedures, and selling techniques with a focus on maximizing occupancy and Average Daily Rate (ADR).
- Leverages the hotel's sales and CRM systems to enter and manage business, generate reports, block space, and maintain account profiles.
- Serves as the primary onsite point of contact for group clients to ensure a seamless experience from booking through arrival.
- Adheres to Prime Selling Time (PST) standards to ensure consistent outbound sales productivity.
- Expands brand visibility and generates new business through active participation in community events, professional associations, and industry networking opportunities.
- Reviews meeting planner feedback with the Director of Sales and ensures timely follow-up on service opportunities and improvements.
- Responds promptly and strategically to inquiries as part of the Inquiry Day Program to maximize conversion.
- A minimum of five years of progressive sales experience is required, including at least three years in a leadership or managerial role within high-performance, revenue-driven environments.
- Proven experience within a hotel, resort, or luxury lifestyle hospitality brand is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on exposure to entertainment-forward, nightlife-adjacent, or destination properties is highly desired and critical to success in the E11EV
EN ecosystem. - College coursework in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong technical proficiency in Windows-based systems and company-approved spreadsheets and word-processing applications is required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, paired with the presence, polish, and confidence to engage high-profile clients, senior leadership, and VIP guests.
- A refined ability to listen, read the room, anticipate needs, and clearly articulate value-driven solutions is required.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform at an elite level in a fast-paced, high-energy, nightlife-influenced environment is essential.
- Every interaction with guests, clients, and colleagues must reflect a luxury service mindset, elevated confidence, and brand-forward professionalism.
- Attendance at all required hotel meetings, trainings, and brand activations is expected.
