Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in technology sales or working with customers in a sales role.

- Deep understanding of the Higher Ed or K-12 sector, including procurement cycles and policy.
- Good understanding of the Higher Education sector, including its unique issues and decision‑making processes.
- Exceptional ability to collaborate and influence across matrixed organizations (e.g., Sales, Product, Engineering).
- Demonstrated recognized thought leadership in the EdTech or Education sector.

As a Lead Field Sales Representative, you will be a leader in Central America and Caribbean, driving major GTM initiatives and high‑value partnerships. You will influence Minister/VP/Director‑level stakeholders internally and externally, and serve as a model of sales excellence for the team. Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $173000 - $252000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Earned respect as a thought leader and trusted advisor by Chief Executive Officers/Chief Operating Officers/Chief Financial Officers in the industry beyond the specific account base.
- Initiated, led, and delivered regional/global projects independently with Managing Director/Vice President visibility, influencing Product and Engineering teams.
