Join SPEC MIX, a QUIKRETE company, as a Territory Sales Representative supporting the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale market for our masonry and stucco product line.

This role focuses on building relationships with contractors, dealers, architects, and engineers while driving product specification and sales growth.

We are seeking a motivated, professional self-starter who thrives independently, values teamwork, and is eager to learn. Prior construction materials sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong communication skills and a commitment to success.

About the Role

The Territory Sales Representative will work closely with the Operations team in addition to connecting and building relationships with contractors and distributors.

Responsibilities
  • Visit varying job sites
  • Lead effective product presentations and demonstrations (train – how to use products)
  • Attend local and national construction shows as needed
  • Create product forecasts (both weekly and annually) and delivery schedules.
  • Overnight travel as needed
  • Create new business connections as well as maintain and grow existing business
About You

The ideal candidate is passionate about sales and relationship-building, with the ability to develop strong partnerships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.

We Require
  • 3 - 5 years sales/marketing experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Experience in the construction materials industry is preferred
  • Ability to lift or carry 80 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs are required
