POSITION SUMMARY

The Clinical Sales & Education Executive is responsible for driving territory sales while serving as the clinical education expert for the Mesoestetic® and Cosmelan® portfolio. Reporting to the National Commercial & Education Director, this role combines business development with hands‑on clinical education, helping dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, and licensed skincare professionals successfully integrate Mesoestetic treatments into their practices.

Success in this position requires developing strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional product and protocol education, increasing treatment utilization, and consistently achieving territory sales objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Business Development
  • Meet or exceed assigned territory sales and revenue objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory business plans that drive sustainable account growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
  • Analyze territory performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support customer acquisition, patient demand, product utilization, and account profitability.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify opportunities for continued growth.
Clinical Education & Training
  • Deliver hands‑on clinical education and treatment protocol training for the Mesoestetic® portfolio, including Cosmelan®, Age Element®, mesopeel®, and other professional treatment lines.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, protocol workshops, certification programs, and educational seminars.
  • Train physicians, physician assistants, nurses, aestheticians, and medical spa professionals on product selection, treatment techniques, patient consultation, and post‑treatment care.
  • Support the successful onboarding of new accounts by ensuring clinical confidence and treatment consistency.
  • Personally demonstrate professional treatment techniques and application protocols during educational sessions.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of ingredient science, treatment protocols, clinical studies, and emerging trends within the professional aesthetics industry.
Account Management
  • Build long‑term partnerships with dermatology practices, plastic surgery centers, and medical spas.
  • Serve as the primary clinical and commercial resource for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct routine account visits to provide ongoing education, business support, and performance reviews.
  • Partner with customers to improve treatment utilization, patient satisfaction, and product sell‑through.
  • Communicate customer feedback and market insights to the National Commercial & Education Director.
Marketing & Brand Support
  • Support product launches, promotional initiatives, and educational campaigns within the territory.
  • Represent Mesoestetic® at trade shows, conferences, workshops, and educational events throughout North America.
  • Deliver engaging presentations that effectively communicate the clinical benefits, scientific innovation, and competitive advantages of the Mesoestetic® portfolio.
QUALIFICATIONS Required
  • Active Florida Facial Specialist, Full Specialist, Esthetician (where applicable), or Cosmetology license.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in professional skincare, medical aesthetics, clinical education, sales, account management, or business development.
  • Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding territory sales objectives.
  • Strong presentation, public speaking, and clinical training skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% throughout the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel.
  • Must reside within Miami‑Dade County.
Preferred
  • Experience with physician‑dispensed skincare brands.
  • Experience performing professional aesthetic treatments, including chemical peels, pigmentation management protocols (such as Cosmelan®), facials, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
