Job Title: HIRING - MDU (Telecom) Business Development Manager

Bilingual required: Must speak/read/write English & Spanish

Location: Miami, FL

Job Summary: We are seeking experienced B2B sales professionals with multi‑dwelling unit (MDU) experience to expand Verizon's footprint in the multi‑family residential and multi‑tenant markets.

Responsibilities:

• Secure contracts with owners, developers, and builders of multi‑family and multi‑tenant communities, including Premise Access Licenses and Marketing Agreements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate entrance and expand services in property portfolios.
• Deliver technical demonstrations on fiber, 5G, and network solutions and communicate Verizon’s value proposition.
• Manage sales funnel and meet objective‑based targets.
• Utilize data and database tools, Google Suite, and CRM to track progress and forecast revenue.
• Travel up to 75% within the local market as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience in telecommunications with proven fiber or wireless solutions knowledge.
• Strong consulting sales skills, including prospecting, account planning, and value‑based selling.
• Demonstrated influence with internal and external stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with database systems and Google Suite.
• Preferred:
  Experience managing sales funnel in objective‑based environment and knowledge of multi‑family environment.
