The role:
energetic salesperson responsible for driving sales across intermediary private‑wealth channels, providing market insight, portfolio construction guidance, and product solutions to financial advisors.
- Manage and grow a sales territory, including prospecting new prospects.
- Conduct face‑to‑face meetings, video conferences, and phone conversations to maintain high sales activity.
- Coordinate prospect meetings with senior team members.
- Leverage relationships and network to drive immediate production.
- Apply consultative sales, communication, listening, and customer‑service skills.
- Represent multiple product offerings with depth of investment, portfolio, and product knowledge.
- Identify, qualify and pursue new opportunities, prioritize multiple activities, and adapt to new situations.
- Build trust and relationships, breaking barriers to entry.
- 7+ years of financial services sales with relationships in RIA, wirehouses, private banks, family offices, and broker‑dealers.
- Experience in private markets.
- CFA and/or CAIA designations desirable.
- Fluent in Spanish and English;
Portuguese is a plus. - Entrepreneurial spirit and drive.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, management, or communication.
- Series6,7,63 mandatory with clean U‑4.
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
