AVP, Field Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive One Pay credit program growth across Walmart territory
• Partner with Market and Store leadership to increase applications, new accounts, and credit sales
• Lead strong client relationships and market/store engagement
• Deliver training and ensure strategies are implemented consistently
• Monitor competitive activity and adjust field tactics

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management
• In lieu of degree, HS diploma/GED and 5+ years' experience in Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management
• Minimum of 3 years of field or outside sales experience
• Minimum of 2 years Client Relationship Management experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time
• Must live in territory

Demonstrates expertise in driving credit program growth and managing client relationships within the Financial Services and Retail sectors. Proven ability to deliver training, develop presentations, and engage with leadership to implement effective strategies.
