In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of our event sales initiatives by supporting the coordination and execution of a wide range of events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and event management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Coordinate and support all phases of the event sales cycle from lead generation to event execution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their event needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and event agreements to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless event planning and execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales coordination, event planning, or related customer-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and event management tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
