Client Experience Specialist

Job Description Are you passionate about design, architecture, and building strong client relationships? Kriskadecor, an international leader in custom decorative solutions for high-end interiors and architecture, is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Experience Specialist / Sales Administrator to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in architecture, interior design, construction, or premium design product sales, who enjoys collaborating with creative professionals and contributing to a strong client experience from first contact to project completion.

• Be the first point of contact for inbound project inquiries from architects, interior designers, and contractors.
• Gather project information, guide the client through early steps, and ensure smooth handoff to technical and sales teams.
• Provide accurate and timely responses via phone and email.
• Maintain organized tracking of client interactions and leads in Salesforce.
• Partner with the sales and estimating teams to ensure all client needs are met effectively.
• Deliver exceptional service to help nurture long‑term client relationships.

• Experience in a client‑facing role (e.g., sales support, project coordination, customer success).
• Industry knowledge in architecture, interior design, or construction is highly valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Spanish language skills are a plus!
