As a Carrier Sales Representative, you'll serve as the bridge between customers and transportation providers, ensuring freight moves safely, efficiently, and on time.

You'll:

• Build and maintain relationships with transportation carriers across North America
• Source truck capacity through outbound calling, networking, and strategic relationship building
• Negotiate competitive freight rates and transportation agreements
• Coordinate shipments from pickup through final delivery
• Proactively resolve transportation challenges while delivering exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams to execute shipments seamlessly
• Maintain accurate shipment documentation and CRM records
• Continuously develop your negotiation, sales, and logistics expertise
