Permanent contract

We’re looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing North American team in Miami, Florida.

About the Role

As our SDR, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue by ensuring every inbound opportunity receives a world-class customer experience.
This role goes beyond traditional lead qualification. You will become the first point of contact for many prospective customers while also nurturing existing accounts and identifying expansion opportunities.
You will work closely with our field sales representatives to build pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and maximize customer lifetime value.
This is a hybrid position, with a minimum of two days per week working from our Miami office. The remaining days may be worked remotely, based on business needs and performance.

Regular in-office collaboration with the sales and marketing teams is essential to ensure alignment, coaching, and continuous development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to all inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, referrals, and the website.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their clinical or performance needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
  • Schedule high-quality product demonstrations for Territory Sales Managers.
  • Ensure all inbound opportunities receive timely and consistent follow-up.
  • Identify and prospect new target accounts through cold calls, email campaigns, Linked In outreach, and other outbound activities.
  • Build targeted prospect lists aligned with KINVENT’s strategic markets, including physical therapy clinics, sports performance facilities, universities, hospitals, and professional organizations.
  • Generate qualified meetings for the field sales team.
  • Execute outbound campaigns in collaboration with Marketing to support product launches, webinars, events, and strategic initiatives.

Customer Follow-up & Upsell

  • Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts through additional hardware, software licenses, accessories, and new product offerings.
  • Support renewal conversations and proactively identify customers ready for upgrades.
  • Generate referrals and introductions within existing customer networks.
  • Own the early stages of the sales funnel by ensuring no qualified opportunity is lost due to lack of follow-up.
  • Re-engage dormant opportunities and nurture long‑term prospects.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity stages and activity records in Salesforce.
  • Maintain clean, accurate customer data in Salesforce.
  • Track outreach activity, lead response times, appointments booked, and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with Territory Managers and Marketing to ensure seamless lead handoff and visibility into pipeline performance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The SDR’s success will be measured on:

  • Qualified meetings booked (Inbound & Outbound)
  • Lead response time
  • Inbound lead conversion rate
  • Outbound activities (calls, emails, Linked In touches)
  • Sales qualified opportunities (SQLs) created
  • Upsell opportunities identified
  • Salesforce data quality and activity logging
Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of both hunting and nurturing opportunities. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and energized by speaking with customers every day. They can confidently engage a cold prospect, qualify an inbound lead, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts—all while working closely with the field sales team to drive revenue.

Desired Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success.
  • Excellent communication skills by phone, email, and video.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up discipline.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Self‑motivated and driven by performance.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
