Summary
The Commission Sales Associate sells women's ready-to-wear in the Aventura store, delivering personalized styling and achieving sales goals on a commission basis. The role focuses on building client relationships, maintaining merchandising standards, and providing exceptional customer service on the salesfloor.
Responsibilities- Drive sales through personalized client service, styling, and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain client relationships, conduct follow-up, and manage clienteling activities.
- Achieve individual sales targets and participate in visual merchandising and floor sets.
- Process transactions, handle exchanges and returns, and ensure the salesfloor is well presented.
- 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in women's ready-to-wear or luxury apparel.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and working on commission.
- Strong customer service, styling skills, and effective communication.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
