Field Sales Representative – Urology, Gynecology & Pelvic Health

We’re seeking a driven Field Sales Representative to develop a territory across urology, gynecology, pelvic floor therapy, sexual medicine, and VA accounts. You’ll introduce non-invasive medical devices that support sexual and pelvic health, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and help practices understand both the clinical benefits and financial value of the products.

This is a consultative sales role requiring confidence with physicians, therapists, practice managers, and administrative teams. The ideal candidate can open new accounts, support product adoption, and grow utilization within existing practices while independently managing territory priorities and activity.

• Prospect and open new clinical accounts
• Present product benefits, reimbursement pathways, and practice economics
• Train clinical and administrative teams on products and patient‑enrollment workflows
• Drive product adoption, utilization, and repeat orders
• Develop relationships with healthcare providers and practice decision‑makers
• Manage territory routing, pipeline activity, and CRM reporting

• Field sales, business development, or account‑management experience
• Medical device, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or Urology sales required
• Strong prospecting, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to explain clinical and financial information clearly
• Self‑directed, organized, and comfortable with regular territory travel
• Professional and comfortable working within sexual and pelvic health
