Business Development Coordinator

An established and growing professional services organization is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support its commercial team in a fast-paced environment.

This role partners closely with Business Development professionals and leadership to ensure an efficient sales process, maintain CRM accuracy, coordinate client documentation, qualify inbound opportunities, and represent the organization at networking events and trade shows.

• Support the commercial sales process from lead to opportunity
• Coordinate and collect required client documentation
• Maintain accurate CRM (Hub Spot preferred)
• Qualify and route inbound leads
• Support Business Development Managers and Sales Leadership
• Attend networking events and industry trade shows
• Assist with prospect follow-up and client communications
• Maintain accurate sales activity records

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance or related discipline
• Conversational Spanish
• Hub Spot knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
