The Bizarre Agency is a growing face-to-face marketing agency based in Miami, partnering with recognized brands and nonprofit organizations to deliver customer acquisition campaigns, live promotional events, and community activations. We specialize in creating engaging, in-person experiences that help our clients connect with new customers and expand their reach.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and people-focused individuals to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, sales, and brand promotions.

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll represent client campaigns at live events, retail locations, and promotional activations throughout the Miami area. You'll interact directly with customers, promote client campaigns, and help create positive, memorable brand experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to develop valuable communication and customer engagement skills.

• Represent client brands professionally during face-to-face campaigns and promotional events.
• Engage with customers and create positive brand experiences.
• Build rapport and identify customer interests and needs.
• Explain products, services, promotions, and campaign initiatives clearly and confidently.
• Assist with customer acquisitions, registrations, sales, or fundraising campaigns where applicable.
• Support customer engagement activities and promotional initiatives.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve campaign performance.
• Record daily campaign activity and results accurately.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to support campaign objectives.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence speaking with new people each day.
• Interest in marketing, sales, customer service, or business.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to commute to Miami/Coral Gables daily.
