GLD is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Wholesale Account Manager to manage and grow our portfolio of wholesale partners across specialty retailers, national accounts, sporting goods, department stores, and big-box retailers. This role serves as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional execution from purchase order through delivery while identifying opportunities to expand the business through new assortments, seasonal launches, and replenishment.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and possesses a strong operational mindset. They will work cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising, Planning, Inventory, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure flawless execution and an outstanding customer experience

Order Management & Execut

    Review purchase orders for accuracy and coordinate any required revisio

    Ensure timely order entry, confirmation, shipment, invoicing, and issue resoluti

    Track order status and proactively communicate updates to custome

    Coordinate seasonal launches, replenishment orders, and new product introductio
  • ns.

    Monitor open orders and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding shipments and customer reques
  • tems Coordinate order entry and maintenance within Net Su
  • ite.

    Support EDI transactions including purchase orders, acknowledgements, advance ship notices (ASNs), invoices, and troubleshooting excepti
  • ons.

    Partner with Operations and IT to resolve EDI issues and improve workfl
  • ows.

    Maintain accurate customer item setup, UPC information, pricing, and assortment fi
  • les.

    Assist with retailer portals and compliance requireme
nts.
Cross-Functional Collabor
  • ation

    Partner closely with Inventory Planning to ensure product availability and communicate inventory constra
  • ints.

    Coordinate with Warehouse and Operations to ensure timely fulfillment and retailer compli
  • ance.

    Collaborate with Merchandising and Product Development on seasonal launches, assortment planning, and new product introduct
  • ions.

    Work with Finance to resolve invoice discrepancies, deductions, chargebacks, and payment is
  • sues.

    Coordinate with Marketing and Creative to ensure accounts receive necessary product assets and launch mater
ials.
Reporting & Business An
  • alysis

    Track sales performance, reorder trends, and inventory levels by ac
  • count.

    Prepare weekly account updates and sales re
  • ports.

    Monitor retailer sell-through data where available and identify opportunities to improve perfor
  • mance.

    Maintain accurate customer forecasts and pipeline repo
  • rting.

    Support annual line reviews, assortment planning, and seasonal selling initia
tives.
Qualifi
  • cations

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field pre
  • ferred.
    3–6 years of experience in wholesale account management, sales, or wholesale merchan
  • dising.

    Experience working with specialty retail, sporting goods, department stores, or national retail accounts pre
  • ferred.

    Experience with EDI processes and retailer compliance requir
  • ements.

    Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Ne
  • tSuite.

    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting and inventory an
  • alysis.

    Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to
  • skills.

    Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced envir
  • onment.

    Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abi
lities.
