Lighting Showroom Manager

The Lighting Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom while delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth. This role serves as a key point of contact for homeowners, builders, contractors, designers, and electricians seeking high-quality residential lighting solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership and sales skills with a passion for lighting design, home décor, and customer service.

• Provide expert product recommendations and design support.
• Develop relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, designers, architects, and electricians.
• Drive showroom sales and local market growth.
• Maintain attractive and current showroom displays.
• Oversee inventory, special orders, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor sales performance and implement growth strategies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment.

• Previous retail or showroom management experience preferred.
• Design background supporting residential lighting projects.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Knowledge of lighting products, design trends, and electrical terminology preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable.

Salary up to $65,000 USD annually, based on experience and qualifications + commissions on showroom sales.
