Forcoda is a web and software development agency that helps startups and large businesses build the right products for the right customers by combining our expertise in UX/UI design, web and mobile app development with customer and market research data.

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys attending industry events, networking, and identifying business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend industry conferences, networking events, and business expos to generate leads for web and software development services
• Identify and approach potential clients who are looking for web design, mobile app development, or custom software solutions
• Qualify leads based on client needs, budget, and timeline
• Provide detailed reports on leads, including contact information, business needs, and event insights
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads

Qualifications:

• Strong networking and communication skills
• Ability to attend in-person events regularly (flexible schedule)
• Self-driven with a passion for connecting with people and finding business opportunities
• Knowledge of web development, mobile apps, or software services is a plus
• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (preferably in the tech or software space) is a plus
• Comfortable working independently and reporting on performance

Compensation: This is a performance-based role. You will be paid per qualified lead generated, with additional event expenses covered (tickets, travel, etc.).
