Sales Coordinator

Warren Henry Automotive Group seeks a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Business Development team. In this role, you will manage inbound leads, schedule appointments, prepare deal paperwork, and maintain accurate records in our CRM. You'll coordinate between sales consultants, finance, and customers to ensure a seamless luxury buying experience. Ideal candidates bring strong organizational skills, professionalism on phone/email, and comfort with automotive inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track inbound internet, phone, and showroom leads
• Schedule customer appointments and test drives for sales consultants
• Update and maintain accurate customer and deal data in CRMPrepare sales quotes, paperwork, and deal jackets
• Coordinate with finance and service teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Generate basic sales and lead performance reports
• Support follow-up communication via phone, email, and text
• Assist with vehicle inventory updates and merchandising tasks
• Ensure a premium, customer-focused showroom and client experience
• Collaborate with sales leadership on process improvements
