What we are looking for:

• Someone who has strong sales and negotiation skills
• Relationship builders, not a traditional salesperson who simply closes the next deal
• Someone who can deliver an exceptional vehicle-buying experience, earn customers' trust, and develop long-term business partnerships that generate repeat business
• Someone who will provide excellent customer service, respond to customers quickly, and guide them through the vehicle purchase process

Required Language(s) and Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Fluent in Spanish
• Possess excellent negotiation, persuasion, and sales skills
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm and problem-solver
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
