BASIC PURPOSE: To sell Oceania Cruises / Regent Seven Seas Cruises products directly to consumers by cultivating and maintaining customer relationships, to include initiating calls to customers, building rapport, recommending modifications to products and services, which promote customer retention, drive direct sales and ensure an overall superior customer service experience with OCI/RSSC.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote sales to direct consumers by initiating calls, acting on leads and/or prospects in order to identify travel needs, present/explain OCI/RSSC
