Inside Sales – International Sales Support Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to promote, support, and grow our international sales business. This position will work closely with international customers, distributors, and the outside sales team to provide excellent service, develop sales opportunities, and ensure efficient order follow-up. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable communicating with customers across different countries and cultures.

• Promote company products and develop sales opportunities with international customers and distributors.
• Provide daily sales support to the International Sales team.
• Communicate with existing customers to strengthen relationships and identify additional business opportunities.
• Follow up on quotations, inquiries, pending orders, and potential sales.
• Prepare and process customer quotations and sales orders accurately.
• Provide customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order status.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, accounting, and other departments to ensure orders are handled efficiently.
• Assist with international shipping documentation and coordinate export orders when required.
• Maintain accurate customer information, pricing, quotations, and sales activity in the company's system.
• Follow up with inactive and prospective customers to generate new business.
• Introduce new products, promotions, and sales programs to customers.
• Assist the sales team with preparation for international trade shows, customer visits, and sales presentations.
• Provide professional and timely customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Help identify market opportunities and provide feedback regarding customer needs, competitive products, and market activity.

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, international sales, or sales support preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• 3 to 5 years of experience (export).
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Comfortable working with pricing, quotations, purchase orders, and sales documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred.
• English and Spanish bilingual skills strongly preferred.
• Experience with international customers, distributors, exports, or logistics is a plus.
• HVAC, electrical, industrial, or distribution industry experience is a plus.
