If you want to elevate your hospitality career in a collaborative, team-spirited environment,

• Support the property sales team by greeting visitors, answering calls, processing leads, handling reservations, researching billing inquiries, compiling reports, and maintaining files.
• Communicate with group and business travel customers in person, via email, and over the phone to qualify potential customers.
• Assist with RFP responses, proposals, contracts, BEOs, and meeting arrangements.
• Support the Director of Sales with reservation requests and group master account creation.
• Maintain inventory and create printed/electronic marketing collateral.
• Serve as the point of contact for meeting room setup and assist with catering or breakfast requests as needed.

• Participate in Sales Department meetings and collaboration meetings.
• Support a productive team environment that embodies PEACH.

• Hotel, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities constantly change.

• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods.

• Must be able to navigate various areas of the hotel premises.
