We’re looking for a licensed health insurance agent who is experienced in Medicare enrollments and thrives in a fast-moving environment. In this hybrid role, you’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls
, working with pre-qualified leads to educate, quote, and enroll clients in the health coverage that fits their needs.

• Take inbound calls and make outbound follow-ups to leads and referrals
• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, and Part D options
• Guide clients through eligibility, plan comparisons, and enrollment
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with CMS and carrier guidelines
• Meet sales goals and maintain high-quality service standards
• Stay up-to-date on changes in healthcare regulations and plan offerings

• Active Health Insurance License (required)
• Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Goal-oriented with a focus on providing ethical and accurate guidance
• Organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvy
• Familiarity with quoting tools, CRMs, and compliance protocols
