• Confidently present products to clients incorporating storytelling and technical detail.
• Build, maintain, and develop clientele using the company CRM platform.
• Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge for brands and collections in the showroom.
• Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
• Support showroom hospitality guidelines and complete relevant administrative tasks.
• Accept and deliver client repairs and coordinate client handoffs to team members as needed.
• Comply with company guidelines, policies, and procedures and assist team members.

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience.
• Excellent storytelling, client service, and selling skills with a passion for timepieces and/or jewelry.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and be computer literate (MS Office).
