We're looking for professionals with at least 6 or more years of experience in sales or management positions, gained in the financial/banking industry or in high-value software. The goal of this position is to generate and support business growth, developing the commercial area at the local level.

Key skills and competencies include effective communication, active listening and empathy, customer orientation, consultative negotiation, relationship management, strategic planning, market knowledge, adaptability and resilience, and digital skills.

Tasks and responsibilities involve existing account management, loyalty and retention, opportunity identification, value proposition, market analysis, strategic meetings, commercial planning, and post-sale management.

Professional profile includes 4+ years in B2B consultative sales, preferably in technology or financial services, knowledge of business, marketing, and digital transformation, strategic vision, proactivity, analytical ability, results orientation, autonomy, initiative, and proactivity in generating and maintaining business relationships, advanced English level, and availability to travel.
