A Counter Sales Representative / HVAC Parts Counter Sales Representative / Parts Sales Associate is required to support contractors and customers for a well-established HVAC parts and equipment retailer in Miami, Florida. This role is suited to a customer-focused sales professional with experience in HVAC parts distribution, HVAC components or related parts sales, including candidates with automotive parts sales backgrounds who have strong technical product knowledge and relationship-building skills.

• Assist contractors and customers with HVAC parts and equipment selection
• Provide product recommendations and technical support for HVAC components
• Answer customer inquiries and identify the correct parts and solutions
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with HVAC contractors and customers
• Support branch sales goals through excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Handle counter sales, phone inquiries and customer requests
• Research parts availability and coordinate with suppliers when needed
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused sales environment

• Experience in HVAC parts distribution, HVAC equipment sales or related industry preferred
• Open to candidates with automotive parts sales experience
• Knowledge of mechanical components, parts identification and customer service
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, technicians and customers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced counter sales environment
• Strong attention to detail with accurate order processing skills
• Ability to learn HVAC products and technical specifications
• Previous experience with inventory systems or point-of-sale systems preferred
