Inizio Engage is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with biotech and pharma clients. You will own key accounts, aligning scientific, clinical, and commercial objectives to deliver impactful patient, provider, and payer experiences. Partnering with cross-functional global teams, you'll design and execute engagement strategies that support product launches and commercialization. You will analyze performance data, uncover new opportunities, and present insights to senior stakeholders.
This role is ideal for a scientifically minded, client-focused professional passionate about advancing healthcare outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with strategic biotech and pharma accounts to support product launches and commercialization goals
- Serve as primary contact for client stakeholders, understanding scientific, clinical, and commercial needs
- Develop and execute account plans leveraging Inizio Engage's data, technology, and scientific capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, digital, analytics) to design integrated engagement solutions
- Monitor performance metrics, report outcomes, and optimize programs for patient, provider, and payer impact
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to proposals and presentations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with regulatory and compliance standards
- Translate complex scientific and market insights into clear recommendations for clients
