This full‑time Sales Lead position is located in Miami, FL. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and fostering teamwork.

• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude, consistently exceeding client expectations.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Capture customer information through multiple channels, including phone and written follow‑up.
• Manage client books, following up on shopping experiences and product inquiries.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Maintain full product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities.
• Leverage fashion expertise to inspire teammates and build collaborative partnerships.
• Support managers in executing standard in‑store operations, such as replenishment and markdown processing.
• Track store and individual KPIs using internal systems.
• Maintain visual and housekeeping standards of the store.
• Operate the POS system, conduct email, opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure store cleanliness through daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing common areas.

• Eligibility to work in the US for any employer.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 3 to 4 years of contemporary fashion retail experience preferred.
• High standards of customer service and advanced sales techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
