Cassina — Miami, United States (On-site)

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, decorators, dealers, developers, and buyers.
  • Develop new business opportunities and increase showroom traffic and sales.
  • Drive showroom sales performance and achieve commercial objectives.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, including leads, quotations, client visits, and follow-up.
  • Provide sales forecasts and monitor opportunities through conversion.
  • Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
  • Partner with A&D and Sales leadership on strategic accounts and major projects.
Client Experience & Showroom Management
  • Guarantee a best-in-class luxury showroom experience and hospitality.
  • Provide exceptional client service throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure product displays and visual merchandising meet prescribed standards.
  • Optimize showroom traffic, performance, and conversion.
  • Organize and support showroom events and client activities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to increase showroom traffic and engagement.
  • Ensure the showroom consistently reflects the quality and positioning of the Cassina brand.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the showroom team to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews using company KPI tools.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to improve sales performance and conversion.
  • Monitor individual and team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage showroom staff coverage and schedules.
  • Support onboarding and training of new sales staff.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
CRM, Reporting & Business Performance
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting through company systems and CRM tools.
  • Maintain accurate sales, lead, quotation, client, and opportunity information.
  • Expand and maintain the company client database through effective registration and profiling.
  • Track showroom KPIs, sales activity, conversion, and business performance.
  • Provide regular business updates and sales forecasts to leadership.
  • Ensure showroom administration and reporting are completed accurately and efficiently.
Product & Brand Expertise
  • Develop strong knowledge of the Cassina collection, including products, materials, finishes, configurations, and customization options.
  • Ensure the showroom team maintains strong product knowledge.
  • Support product recommendations and identify opportunities to introduce complementary collections.
  • Stay current on new products, collections, and brand initiatives.
  • Communicate the design heritage, craftsmanship, and distinctive identity of Cassina to clients and industry professionals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, A&D, Marketing, Product, Customer Service, and other internal teams.
  • Support client events, business activities, and brand initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless follow-up and coordination on sales opportunities.
  • Partner with leadership on initiatives to improve showroom performance and business development.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in luxury retail, premium furniture, interior design, architecture, hospitality, or a related industry.
  • Experience managing a showroom, retail environment, or client-facing sales team.
  • Proven sales and business-development experience.
  • Experience working with architects, interior designers, decorators, dealers, developers, and/or high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong understanding of luxury client service and relationship management.
  • Experience with CRM, sales pipelines, KPIs, forecasting, and business reporting.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility appropriate to a luxury design brand.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with luxury furniture, Italian design, or premium home furnishings.
  • Existing relationships within the Miami architecture and design community
    .
  • Experience with A&D firms, dealers, developers, hospitality, or contract furniture clients.
  • Knowledge of high-end residential, hospitality, workplace, or contract furniture.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
