Sales Consultant

Uberliss is looking for a sales superstar with charm, hustle, and a serious love for the beauty industry. If you can walk into a salon, light up the room, build real relationships, and turn great products into must-haves, we want to meet you.

In this role, you’ll grow Uberliss accounts, open new doors, support salon partners, and help stylists fall in love with products that make hair smoother, stronger, shinier, and easier to brag about.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage relationships with salons, distributors, stylists, and beauty professionals
• Prospect and close new accounts with confidence and personality
• Hit sales goals while keeping accounts excited, supported, and reordering
• Educate clients on Uberliss products, promotions, and brand benefits
• Attend trade shows, salon events, trainings, and industry activations
• Track leads, sales activity, and account growth
• Bring fresh ideas for expanding the Uberliss footprint
• Have sales experience, ideally in beauty, haircare, salons, or professional products
• Love meeting people and know how to build trust quickly
• Are self-motivated, organized, and comfortable owning a territory or book of business
• Can pitch with polish, follow up like a pro, and close without sounding pushy
• Understand that great sales is part strategy, part service, and part sparkle
• Are comfortable with travel, events, and in-person account visits
