We are recruiting on behalf of multiple South Florida clients seeking motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associates to join our dynamic team. You will be matched with an employer nearest to your location. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our clients' services to customers while in a retail setting. You will play a key role in driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques.

Duties

• Conduct sales presentations to potential customers in a retail setting
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
• Must be 18 or older
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service environment is preferred, but not necessary.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
