The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized beauty consultations and customer service while growing individual and vendor sales. The role builds lasting customer relationships, drives clienteling activity, and maintains an inviting beauty counter.
Responsibilities- Achieve individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
- Provide makeup and treatment consultations, product application, and attentive service throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain customer relationships using clienteling tools to record preferences and follow up.
- Keep the counter clean, organized, and welcoming, and collaborate with team members and brand representatives.
- At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or a customer-focused environment.
- Demonstrated sales success, including experience exceeding quota.
- Strong customer service, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and learn clienteling software.
- Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
