Bilingual Insurance Agent Uncapped commissions

Description We are seeking a motivated and personable Licensed Sales Agent to join our growing team in Miami, FL. This is an in-office, client-facing role focused on building strong local relationships and serving the insurance needs of your community.

Please note:

This is not a remote position. You must have active Property, Casualty, and Life insurance licenses prior to employment.

Compensation:

Training salary: $55,000–$65,000 $ 1,000 professional start bonus

Total first-year compensation typically ranges from $55,000–$75,000 (base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions)

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Licenses:
Active state licenses in Property & Casualty and Life insurance (required)

Experience:

Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Effective time management and organizational abilities

Quick learner with the ability to understand insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines

Experience with lead generation and customer base growth preferred
