Clinical Research Nurse

Location: 8260 NE 2nd Ave Miami, FL 33138

Duration: 6 Months W2 Contract with high possibility of extension based on performance and depending on business needs

Pay Range: $26.17/hr on W2 - $29.08/hr on W2

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification in the clinical / medical field
• Must hold a valid nursing license (RN, LVN, LPN) within the country operating. Must be registered with local health care authority.
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years’).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct studies in compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP, and protocol requirements.
• Coordinate participant recruitment, screening, enrollment, scheduling, and retention.
• Obtain informed consent and perform protocol-required procedures (e.g., vital signs, ECG, pregnancy tests).
• Maintain accurate source documentation, case report forms, and EDC data.
• Ensure IRB approvals, regulatory compliance, and timely issue resolution.
• Support investigational product accountability and report protocol deviations as needed.
• Collaborate with site teams, sponsors, and participants to ensure smooth study execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of clinical research, GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in computer applications and effective in a team environment.
